Monday - Friday: 1-3pm

Girls: Monday - Friday@ 3:30-5:30pm, and Saturday@ 9:00-10:30AM

JV Boys: Tuesday - Friday @ 10AM-12PM

We have a lot to accomplish, and this period of time without school in session, gives us undistracted time to work on technique and speed work, in preparation for our last 3 meets in April, prior to the PAL swim championships.

- Meet the team after school on the pool deck by 3:30pm. Please use the locker room to change into clothes that you can jog and stretch in: t-shirt, shorts, tennis/track shoes. We will not be getting in the water until 2/2, but we will be having workouts on land. Please drink water and eat a well-rounded meal during the day. Bring a full water bottle to conditioning.
