The Girls National Junior Olympics for Water Polo starts tomorrow! With the tournament centered around Stanford University, we have a unique opportunity to watch water polo in our own neighborhood! There will be games at Carlmont High School, Serra High School, Stanford University and more. If you aren't playing in the tournament this weekend, try to check out some games! Here is the schedule. There is an entrance fee.
Next week, we will continue conditioning Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7:00-8:30. Between now and Tuesday, try to visit a local pool at least twice to work on your swimming. Here is a swim set you can do on your own:
Jump Start day is next Wednesday, August 6th. We would appreciate it if all returning players could help us at the water polo and swimming table!
